As I close my eyes
A horror movie plays in my mind
The picture of you
Shouting that we're through
Tears that stung my eyes
As you told your stupid lies
About why you didn't meet me
Last night

As I walk down this alley,
The movie still plays so clearly
Tears dribble down my face
As I think about the "without you" days
Pain bubbling in my heart like toxic waste

The movie is killing me
I can't stand this pain anymore
I've never felt this way before
I pull out my knife
Thinking, I hope you miss me
And plunge that knife into my chest

You don't even notice the blood
Now spreading down my front
My consciousness slips
And then, I fall.
