I watch her there,
beauty beyond comprehension.
A smile on my face,
for she is mine.
But beneath the beauty,
I see a pain i cannot lessen.
A past that haunts her,
unable to let go.
My want to help,
to get her to see the love I cannot seem to show.
The urge to make the haunting stop,
to make her past something she will no longer have to bear alone.
I watch her there,
beauty beyond comprehension.
Beauty shown in vain..
Beauty shown...... To hide the pain...

Woah! This is amazing!
It reminds me of a book I read called 'Identical' and this poem makes me think about the boyfriend of the main character.
If this is based on someone you know, well then if you feel like this you are exactly the friend that this girl needs. <3 - Report As Spam
