what happened was it my fault
they say it wasnt i think it was

this is good, its important to have something personal. it doesnt matter if its not proper grammar once in awhile

I think it's very personal, and sad. You could have used proper grammar, but it's a poem, it's your way to express your feelings. And if your feelings aren't in proper grammar, then so be it.
