• If lies are the universe, than you must be god
    You construct every detail
and mold every mountain firmly in your hands
you manipulate the masses that you made
until they glorify you in an orgy of adulation
The blades of grass beneath each foot
are further extentions of your falsehoods
Each cloud has a silver lining of your voice
and each drop of water that spirals down from those linings
    is actually just liquid malice
and when those drops nourish life on the planet below
your poison spreads and infects until all is under your spell
Each star in the sky is a tooth in your twisted smile
as you giggle at the chaos you created
But I've always considered myself an atheist,
so I guess I can't believe in you
    I wont sing your praises
    and if you become infuriated
Than by all means, let loose your angels
to drag me down to a place devoid of your "light"
and maybe I'll get some sleep tonight
