- Nothing's getting better search engines fuelled by profits from advertising geared towards your mind moving faster and closer to raping this planet so they can conquer another. How'd I find this out? Durden told me while I slept for a couple hours and smashed a man's face in, I awoke and saw all the bad things we'd done once the sun was gone but in the eyes of this manifest we'd made the world better, reversion to a mean where we are freed from money and this lack of sleep has got too me but not much I can do now since I've lost control of this body so I'll just go for the ride and dodge the trucks on the freeway who gives a damn anyway I just fight my way through broken days, grit my teeth and go to work, so many clubs not enough nights to visit them all, so many paper streets with a beat beneath my feet seeing if I can change the human way or if it all just stays the same a baby born will just be raised to eat, s**t and sleep take the world back to were we all used to be monkeys.

It'd be much better as a rap than a poem... Just saying.
If you're interested in doing poetry seriously, you should research different styles of old poetry like Imagist Poetry, Transendentalism, or Romanticism.
Your poem has a lot of emotion, and you're actually pretty decent, so you should check those styles out so you can be even more badass at poetry. razz - Report As Spam
