Simply smiling
As I'm lost inside this facade
Unaware of where I'm at
Unknowingly searching for your heart in mysterious places
As you lead me into today,
Our hearts going so fast it seems we've ran a marathon
Then comes tomorrow and nothings the same,
Your smile still in place but distance eludes us
Feelings form and shattered in a matter of days
My head isn't working right it seems,
Am i imagining this or are you?
Can this be real?
Can us?
Blinking slowly
As i begun to become the real me
Noticing things around me
Finding you slowly reaching out to grab my unaware heart
As the next day comes,
I realize I'm no longer lost or confused
Then i remember yesterday,
Its nothing the same
your pining for me, confused and lost in your own facade
It wasnt me lost but you all along
Im sorry for misguiding you, beloved one

- Very nice poem ^_^ and speaks true, when people get suspicous and lose trust, they act on impulse and do something they may regret when the other person hasn't done anything wrong. It's all about trust in relationships ^_^
