It hurts when you found that guy when you were on the verge of giving up on finding a guy you like that likes you for who you are.

It hurts when you think your curse of perpetual bad luck with guys has finally been broken only to find that it was biding its time to strike its cruelest blow yet.

It hurts when you find that your best friend suddenly doesn't truly know you and isn't willing to go out of her way for you when you would for her.

It hurts when you discover just how much your best friend has changed since high school started, and that the changes are the reason she no longer knows or understands you.
