Welcome to the new year! In typical "new year" fashion, what's the one thing you intend to do in the coming year? Why is it important to you that you do it?
Asides the many promises to lose weight, start my own business, win the lottery, and ultimately shave jakobo bald with his own razor (yes... shave jakobo before he shaves me! gonk ) albeit losing fear of electric razors would be the one for me, I have a special one I would like to do....
Seriously...there is... and it is manage to write m book. Even it it's just the first draft, but manage to completely do it. I've been concocting many ideas, and wrestled many variations of devious machinations in my brain, trying to figure out how to pull off a story successfully without falling into a cliché such as writing fanfiction (not that fanfiction is bad, but i didn't want to be constricted to it) and actually managing to break new grounds not explored by other writers... (or at least I've never heard of the concept I am thinking materialized into a book... God I hope it's not been already done, although to be fair it's more than likely that in fact it has and I just haven't read it o__o;
It already has a tentative title, which will continue to be re-worked as the whole plot develops, but for now it's prototype name shall do. Let's see how it will prosper... biggrin
and...it is important to me because this is a step I've been wanting to take for a very very long time; just like I took my step back when i was 14 and got my first guitar....which i still practice on occasion even at my age of 22. sweatdrop

So the chances that your idea for a book has been done before are pretty great.
You just gotta do it in a way that seems original and "outside-the-box" xd
