A few days ago, most of us High school students have heard the news. The terrible events that unfurled at Virginia Tech. I'm in Journalism class, and we're studying every aspect of it (headlines, form of the stories, layouts, balance, etc). Every time I hear about it, I die a little inside. I, myself, am a senior in my high school. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had just joined a college as a freshman and that happen...
Depressing stuff out of the way, I've been having weird dreams lately. rolleyes Can't say I'm missing the nights of nightmares. At least I have some weird crazy stuff to laugh about in the morning. And, anyway, my nightmares could scare the spit out of Stephen King.
The weather's coming back 'round the warm side! Prom's coming up. Hopefully everything planned works out. I've got everything ready. I'm just so... nervous. Hey, at least we get to go to the aquarium in Zoology pretty soon! Just... uh, tomorrow I get to cut up a huge pregnant shark. I heard there's tons of oil in the thing. My "cut 'em up" partner usually is this goth guy who has the same dark humor as I do. Should turn out interesting!
