I think you've got the gun right, the scar is done well and the cloak, though a bit bulky, works well too. The face is perfect too ^^
However, might've been a good idea to cover his chest? I'm not sure, but I can't remember having seen any picture of him like that in Death Note. Other than that though, very well done, though you may want to put in a reference picture next time ^^;
