id go for a lighter version of your hair style since this one does look a little green...
and what would really be cool is if you lets say did this avi again....but next time get a jacket thats red and ripped at the arm so you could see the auto-mail (if you had one)
other then that....ure pic does match the reference pic quite well

There is a yellow hair style for males that have his exact hair. All you needed to do was actually look for it. :
Other than the crappy hair, it's fine.
