• It was dark, lonley and the only thing she knew was herself. It'd been 4 days since the leader of her people sent her to live among the humans.

She stared at her reflecion in the water and thought, I am not human, therefore shouldn't live with them let alone try to BE one of them.
She spalshed the water and her reflection dissapeared. She touched her long pointed ears as her hand ran down her long brown hair. Her glowing eyes blinked in the night.

She looked around this strange new universe. It was a windy night and the trees seemed to whisper Shadowsong. She couldn't listen to them. She hated her people for sending her out to this world. She hated the leader and all of his desendents. No one would ever want her. She wasn't normal.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" she yelled at the sky, "Why did you put me here! I just need answers! Some one please help me!" After a minute she gave up and sat down where she was and cryed. Moments later she fell asleep.

Dreaming was the only thing she had left that connected her to her world. She dreamed about her home and everyone and everything she had ever cared about.

But as all dreams start, they must come to an end sometime and Shadowsong awoke. The nights storm was gone and she was still herself. Brushing the hair out of her face she said, "It was only a dream once again." She walked away from the old dump she had been staying at for now 5 days. It was time to act.

Even though she would never be normal and even though she would forever hate her people, she knew one thing, she was Shadowsong and she was meant to bring something to this world.
