• Chapter one ~ "Who said demons can't get the giggles?"

    It was a cold winter norning. The sun was shining bright, and birds chirpped as the young Zaria walked to school, the snow crunching under her feet as she walked. Normaly, she would have teleported, but in this case, she decided to walk. It was long that she had wanted to live life as a normal teenage girl, but frankly, her mother doesn't approve of the idea. "You are destined to rule the world. End of discussion." her mother would tell her. Sighing at the memory of that, she continued her journey to school, watching her breath every time she breathed out. Finally, after what seeed like a decade later, she arrived in front of Winsley High......the most deadful place in the world, acoding to Zaria. Ignoring the shouts and laughter of the people in the background, she hurried off inside, wanting to get away from people as quickly [and un-noticed] as possible. So much, that she accidentally bumped into soeone, sending her to fall right on her bum. She growled a bit, but kept her coments to herself as she looked over to see who she bumped into. It was one of the boys in her class, who's books were apparently all over the floor. She felt appologetic all of a suden.

    "I'm so sorry....." she stated. The boy looked up and laughed, a sly grin creeping up the sides of his lips.

    "No worries. I should've been looking where I was going."     he replied to her, helping her up. After that, he kneeled back down and began to collect his books. She picked up a huge text book, in which was titled 'Biology 101".

    "Great. Biology." she stated. The boy looked up at her as strands of hair covered his face. He brushed them away and stood up.

    "Yeah.....sucky class if you ask me." he replied. He extended his hand.

    "'Names Hunter." Zaria gave a small smile and accepted his hand shake.

    "Zaria.......new here, apparently." she said, giggling. A mental alert went in her mind. Hey! demons don't giggle! She yelled at herself. Hunter smirked.

    "Well.....we better get to class, before we're....." Before he could finish his sentence the bell rang. The both looked at eachother.

    "Late!" they both exclaimed outloud. They bolted for class in a hurry, one after another.
