• Rae smiled her fangs showing finally she thought my first hunt Maro nudged her snapping her back to reality "are you ready to go hunting" he asked. Rae gulped her first hunt was an honor as a young vampire "yes i'm ready"she replied. Without a word Maro gave the signal and they started running together then they spotted their prey,a girl in about her teens was sitting in the forest reading "go" Maro whispered to Rae. Rae nodded and crept up behind the girl and sank her teeth into the girls neck. She paused waiting for the girl to scream but the girl didn't .Rae started to suck out the blood. Rae looked at the dead girl with shocked eyes "what have I done" she whispered. "Became a full vampire" Maro said putting his hand on her shoulder. "But I don't want to kill people to be one!" Rae shouted at him and started running into the forest,she ran deep into the forest and slumped down beside a tree "I can't do this" she said to herself quietly. Maro started to run after Rae he finally caught up to her and sighed "if you don't want to kill humans then you have to live on animals". Rae nodded relived that she didn't have to watch another person get killed like that again. "on one condition though" Maro continued "you have to learn to control your thirst now that you have drank human blood so you will have to live with humans". Rae looked down she would ave to choose between being a normal vampire but watching people get killed or live a secret life and never have to drink human blood again....
