• Chapter 2: Bounty hunters

    ``Keith, Fiona, i need you to search for bounty hunters in order to capture the ``specials´´, now that a set of Ant cannons has been created, were ready to put them in use...´´ said king Alnork, he opened a big container capsule after saying that to Keith and Fiona, showing them the set of Ant cannons, they were big laser gun-like devices, they were completely black, except for some red neon light lines, from a desing of the head of an ant at the first section of the cannon red and black harpoons of pure energy were shot at the target, or small energy typhoons, hands made of energy were also able to be shot, the eyes of the ant´s head had a very bright red light in the pupil, making the cannon seem very mighty and powerfull, finally there was a control panel wich let the user choose between shooting the harpoons, the hands, or the typhoons, there was also the option to shoot a very powerfull blast wich would kill the target once shot with it...

    ``grab 2 of them, one for each one, heres the list of the bounty hunters i need and their pictures, their locations are in the list too, quick, we need the ''specials'' right away, or it will be too late´´
    Keith and Fiona each grabbed an ant cannon, Keith took the list, Fiona turned into red dust and flew through darkshine forest after an ogre called Greg, while keith runned at great speed after Mimi, a shapeshifter who was locked down in a prison...

    Fiona kept flying in her new shape above the forest, not even noticing she already passed through Nabiki's location, she was there lying unconsious in a rock, the bodies of 3 dead hunters were lying on the floor too, while a boy was taking care of the asleep kitsune, Fiona also flew past that scene without a clue of the young princess Mitsuki, running desperately through the forest, crying, but knowing Fiona, she wouldnt even pay attention to them as she had a very specific assignment and she was so ordered nothing would make her get distracted, but non of that would happen as she was above the swamp where the ogre was, she quickly noticed him and landed slowly while all the red dust grouped to reconstruct her human shape and the shape of the cannon floating just next to her, she saw the ogre pleasing himself with an all you can eat buffet of a dead deer and some huge snails, together with some dead snakes and some pork ribs... `` that should be yummy ´´ said Fiona with a burly tone while the ogre turned around to see her...

    - WHO ARE YOU!! AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!! he yelled angry
    - Im just a friend, and i wanted to propose you an offer...

    The ogre punched her with his big fist, making her hit a tree and get a bit dizzy, the ogre walked slowly to her, and she noticed how might he was, the ogre has 3 eyes, big hands, and had a greeny-blueish tone, 6 tube-like ears were in his head, he was really big, and his eyes showed anger and he seemed out of control, there she realized negotiation wouldnt work, so she simply used telepathy and disordered the information on his brain, making him go in a kind of trance, there she just inserted some commands and found his name, wich was Greg, and before she realized, the ogre would do anything she ordered, Fiona told him to capture Mitsuki, and gave him her ant cannon, after explaining telepathically what was it for... ``done´´ she said proudly...

    At the point where she finished, Keith already killed the guards of the movile prison, and was unlocking Mimi's cell, he stopped to make himself sure that she would colaborate ``i will only release you if you help us capture a guy called saa, are you going to help?´´...

    - Maybe, what do i get if i do? replied her
    - well apart from being released, you get a big amount of cash
    - and im working for you?
    - for the king actually
    - then im in! if its the king who is gonna pay me, i will get rich!

    Keith released her after realizing she really wanted the cash ``welcome to the team´´ he said while giving her his ant cannon after he explained her what to do with it, he also gave her Saa's location, and runned to the castle, where he found Fiona waiting for him...

    - wow, youre late...
    - sorry, anyways, you got yours?
    - yes, i assume you do to...
    - yes, theres only one left right?
    - exactly, im going to communicate telepathically with him, as he's in another planet...

    And before keith could reafirm, she already said ``hi´´to a misterious person who called himself X, a demon vampire wich was in Conifers, the world where Damijin fell into, X was intrigued by Fionas story, but X didnt accept the offer, Fiona read his mind and knew what he wanted, ``the lycan souls are delicious, you know?´´, X thought about it, he had never grabbed a lycan soul, and he wanted to prove himself he could kill the race he hated so much, he finally accepted the offer, Fiona got happy she managed to persuade him, she told him he had to capture a lycan called bullet, she told him to bring him to earth before stealing his soul, she teleported an ant cannon to his position, he grabbed it, and rushed to the skies, searching for the lycan, who would be his new meal soon...

    With all the bounty hunters ready to leave and capture their targets, the innocent ``specials´´ didnt even know the terrible destiny that was waiting for them, as the hunt had already begun...
