• After picking up Annie from school, I decided that this was the best time to introduce them to Jaden and his siblings. Rosalie was in a good mood because of her A(Minus) and Annie finished Twilight and she gave it to me. Now she's starting that sequel called Full Moon or was it New Moon..whatever.
" Where are you taking us, punk?" Rosalie asked.
" To meet my uh..new friends! Yea..my new friends. They're in my room" I said smoothly.
" Awesome! Are they those new transfer students?" Annie asked excitedly.
    " Yep! Here they are."
    " Hello." Jaden replied.
" This is Jaden, that's his sister ChristiAnna and that is his youngest sibling, Adrian." I introduced.

I saw Annie blush at the site of the three. I have to admit, they're perfect. They look perfect. Their teeth are pearl white, nice hair, and just awesome personalities. I looked at my older sister. She was staring at Jaden. Jaden was staring at me. I smiled at him.

    " I'm Rosalie." she started.
" Well that means your name is Annie." Adrian said acting cool.
" That's my name!" Annie joked.
" Pleasure." ChristiAnna smiled shaking their hands.
" Nice to meet you, but I have to go to a party. Will you all excuse me?" Rosalie stated.
" Of course." Jaden and I laughed.

Rosalie had to walk to her party because our Dad was at a meeting and Mom was at the grocery store.

" Well, my Dad's going to pick me up anytime soon. Bye!" Annie said looking through her missed phone calls and texts.
" Bye Anne!" we all waved.

    " So.." I said.
    " So..what?" Adrian asked.
    " Nevermi..Oww.." I covered my ears. " Not again."

I remember falling and Jaden catching me. Also, he tucked me into my bed and his family disappeared but not him.

    " Jaden?"
" Angeline. I'm right here." he hushed.
" My head hurts. I here all the noises, all the screams. Make it go away. Make it go away." I cried.
    " Please." I begged.
" Stay strong, Angie. You'll make it through. I know you can."
" I know that you know you can't do anything to make the voices go away." I argued.
" You know, ChristiAnna had troubles like that. Adrian and I did everything to figure out how to help her. Nothing worked. But how long have you known you had this curse?" he soothed.
" Curse? Oww. Uh..I..think..ever..since..you..and..you're..family..came..." I was beginning to weaken.
    " When..my..family..and..I came?" he stuttered.
    " Yea.."I said drowsily.

    I sat back up.

" Jaden. Don't leave me ok? Promise?"
    " I promise."

We promised the old fashioned way, pinky swear. He didn't know how to do it so I had to show him how to. Then I kissed him on the cheek. This really surprised him. Not only him, but me. I can't believe I did that. After that, I peacefully flew to my dreams.

" ChristiAnna! ChristiAnna!" Jesse Zorgert blushed.
" Yes, Jesse." she sounded like a teacher.
" Uh..well..I was wondering if you could be my partner for the science project." he confessed.
    " I'm taken." she replied.
" Well, since Angeline is probably going to be partnered with Jaden, I might as well get to know her friend, Annie Lernerberge. So we became partners. Sorry."
" It's ok." he shyly skipped away.
" ChristiAnna why'd you tell him I was partnered with Jaden?" I asked.
    " Oh you heard?"
    " Apparently, yes."
" Well. I think Jaden is.." she started.
    " Continue ChristiAnna." Jaden appeared.
" My pleasure, Jaden. Too shy to ask you himself." she continued.
" Oh uh..sure. I'd love to be partnered with you Jaden."
" Thanks.." he smirked at his sister.

" So if we connect this with that.." Jaden stated.
" We'll be done, yes." I proudly said.
" Finally. Do you have any work for home?"
" Homework, yes, if that's what you mean."
    " Me too."
    " Which subjects?" I asked.
" Math, Social Studies, French and Spanish." he said in order.
" Jaden. You're in all of my classes. Aren't you?"
    " I arranged it."
" Why do you feel the need to be closer to me?"
" It's really hard to explain."
" I hear you. Go on."
" I can feel and remember all these old memories. Memories that disappeared centuries ago. One memory I have to treasure because of you is my parents. I heard them singing me an old lullaby."
    " What happened to them?"
" I have no idea, but I intend to find out. My brother and sister and I have looked for years trying to find out what happened to them. They just vanished."
" Jaden, people don't just vanish."
" People don't, but ghosts do, remember?"
    " Right." I corrected myself.

I started to hum an old lullaby my parents used to sing to me when I was little. It was strange that I remembered just now. Jaden was staring at me.

    " What?"
" That song..it was the same song my parents used to sing to me." he was shocked.
" Strange..my parents told me it was a secret song that no one else knew except my family and I."
    " Jaden, are you alright?"

I could tell that Jaden was having a flashback. He had one in math class and he almost got in trouble for zoning out. Luckily, I snapped him out of it.

" Mom! Dad! Don't leave!" Jaden shouted.

I was feeling my head to check if I had a fever. Then, this time it was Jaden who dazed out. I caught him before he touched my bed. I let him take my place and I could tell that ChristiAnna and Adrian weren't minding their own business.

" Angeline, what happened to our brother?" Adrian asked.
" Flashback of your parents." ChristiAnna answered she already knew what he saw.
" Mhmm..He seems tired. Adrian, can you get me a wet towel, please?" I ordered.
    " Yes Ma'am!" he saluted.

Adrian handed me the wet towel and I held it against Jaden's forehead. After, I felt his forehead and I came up with the conclusion that he had a fever.

" Fever? What's that?" Adrian wondered.
" Uh..a sickness that can cause pain to the body. I think." I said.
Reading the mind of a doctor nearby, " It is a sickness that causes the body to be above normal body temperature." Christianna answered.
    " Oh." Adrian said.

Jaden squirmed and I had to help him. I raced to the bathroom and got some of my medicine I used when I was sick. I made Jaden take the medicine and rinse it down with water.

" How are you doing?" I asked him.
" Good, thanks to you." he answered weakly.
" Haha, Angeline. I think you gave him your sickness." ChristiAnna said.
    " I'm so sorry, Jaden."
    " I'm ok."
    " You're so pale!" I shrieked.
" Aren't all ghosts pale white?"
" Not when they are in human form."

Just then Adrian and ChristiAnna changed into ghost form.

    " Guys, what's wrong?"
" Whenever Jaden got sick, we too got sick. As ghosts, it is very hard to get rid of a sicknesses." Adrian said shyly.
" Hmm..I see." I said looking at Jaden.
" Are you ok, Jaden?" ChristiAnna's voice concerned.
    " I'm ok, ChristiAnna."

I sat by Jaden and I began to hum that old lullaby again. It made all of us go peacefully to sleep.
