• tab I was walking home in the bad part of the small town. No one approached me, perhaps sensing I was a bad person. I grinned as I thought of that. I felt electricity from the incoming storm, cackling all around me. I breathed deeply and felt the power surge all around me. It had started raining and the rain felt nice. Then I felt something freeze. I looked around me and people were frozen. I grinned again. There was a flash of dark light below me. I looked down and saw a large man approaching me.
tab He was clad all in black and it suited him. His skin was chalky and his eyes were a flat black color. He had grimy hair and his mouth had dried blood caked on it. My kinda guy.
tab "Whadda ya want?" I asked in my trademark snarky tone.
tab "Hahaha. You are our perfect mouthpiece." The demon laughed in an evil way. "You shall become our mouthpiece in the war against those good fer nuthin' angels. Find the angels mouthpiece and talk to her. You game?"
tab "Heck ya! Bring it on!!!" I said cooly.
tab The demon stuck his hand on my forehead. I felt a wonderfully sharp pain and heard the demon say something. I ignored it though. The demon left and time restarted. I started walking again. I still felt the pain but embraced it.

tab I opened the front door and slammed it behind me. Ma was drunk on the couch again. Dad was at the bar as usual. I grabbed a beer out of the fridge and took it to my room. I popped the top and took a drink. I set it down and walked to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror. My midnight black hair was messy and tangled as usual. My ice blue eyes were hard. I was looking at the dark mark on my forehead though. It was a scar that ran the length of my brow. Sweet.
