• A Really Annoying Night: Prologue

Engraved into my skull, the images were as clear as the day I first saw them....the secrets of so many people i now had the burden to hold. trapped inside me till the day i die...i'll never let them go. my job is to protect these secrets, to keep them in good hands. mine. being the 100th born of the 100th family, i was from birth, the Keeper. my mind is filled with secrets that could destroy the earth, or save it. i was chosen for this job. i thought a long time ago, that i could not change. until now. i had to learn the hard way about the truth, now it's your turn. flip through these pages with warning. once you go in, you can never come out.

it was a cold and wet night. i was walking through an abandoned ally thinking about what had happened earlier that day. i'd been listening to one of my clients,(another secret i had to hold),when a boy with colorless eyes walked into the room. his colorless eyes were a big significance, they were the mark. every one hundred years a child is born with the ability to hold the secrets of the world. the only way you can tell them apart from others, is their eyes. he stepped up to the man,(his father), and whispered into his ear. he then quickly and quietly walked out of the room. the man then said,"that's my secret, my son. will you train him secretly? to do what you do. with each day he continues to show the mark a little bit more. he reads minds, makes objects float, will you help him learn to do what you do?"this one kid was stealing my place in reality. taking my role on the earth, but it had to be donee. the one hundred years have passed. it is my time to teach him. his father packed his things, and threw us out the door, without so much as a goodbye. Now at this moment we're walking toward the end of the alley. at the end, there is a secret opening in the fence that leads to an underground cavern where i live. five minutes into my life, and he's already stole that secret. this would not be an easy task.
