Wow, it's been a busy day for me today.

Turns out the shop keepers are very friendly here. That's a good thing because boy, do I love to shop! They are very helpful and willing to let me try on just about everything. I'm not yet a very rich little Gaian, so I really should limit my spending for awhile, but I sure enjoy browsing the stores and seeing what cute clothes and fun home furnishings they have to offer. And everyone seems very willing to chat. Well, almost everyone. A few of them look at me funny or give me strange remarks when I try to converse with them, but for the most part, we all get along well. They've even taken the time to lean who I am and almost always greet me by name. That makes me feel good.

Little Peyo at the hat store has helped me figure out what to do with all the paper trash that I find lying around the towns. He's such a creative little guy and has showed me how to turn crumpled pieces of paper into really cool hats and stuff. So far, we've made paper crowns, some cat ear headbands, a hoodie-thing and some kind of head band. I just hope it doesn't rain while I'm wearing one of them.

I've even managed to sell some of the other junk that I've collected in the past month of wandering. Amazingly, these guys will buy just about anything from me. Maybe they know how to fix them up and make them all shiny and new again. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Sam at the auto store took the old tires I dragged from the lake and found a way to fancy them up and sell them back to us for more than they were worth to begin with. That's recycling at it's best.

And I've finally branched out and bought myself some tattoos. I've always wanted one and now I can have one. Actually, now I have three! Talk about going wild!

I can't wait until I can start looking into making some of those bigger purchases like expansions to my house or cool furniture that all matches....
