@ II Xero II: Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon isn't overdone at all (or at least not as much as the rest of the scouts). You're thinking about Sailor Moon. The bow in the back was necessary because she does have a bow, which you can see near her arms in the reference.
The character is called Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, because she's very small, but we can't make our avatars as tiny as she is. - Report As Spam

@Sariah- No, I'm not being harsh. It's called being a critic. Everyone has them, everyone gets them.
I was pointing things out about this avatar, and honestly, the bow in the back was completely unnecessary and frankly I don't understand the chibiness of this at all : /
And the sheer overdone factor of this cosplay brings the rating down too, accurate as it may be I prefer to see at least SOME originality in the arenas, thank you. - Report As Spam

- I think it looks awesome D< I don't care if Sailor Moon was won before, this was chosen to be one of the best in the arena this week, and if people don't like it they shouldn't be wasting their time commenting on it.
