• "Jeremy wait up!" I said running after him in the hallway. "Jeremy, what do you think we should do for our project, I have some ideas but I'm open for any of yours?" Jeremy just looked at me that way where someone says go away. "Hey listen, we have to do this together so buck up." He just kept on walking while I stood there glaring after him. He wasn't always like this, in fact when we were little kids we were the best of friends. We would play tag, have water fight, and sense he lived across the street we would always go to each others houses. He loved the same things as me football, baseball, and basketball.
Jeremy was about my height 5'5 but he was a little taller. He had blondish brownish cute hair and a nice body. He plays football and basketball, but he isn't a jock. He acted like he didn't care what people said, but really he did. He's sweet, charming, funny, but chooses to hide that. He’s excellent in school and tells no one about it. He plays the piano, guitar, and anything else musical and he’s quit good at it to and great at singing. I never get him, he’s always hidden and when I try to talk to him he stares at me for a minute and just walks away. Over time he just changed and he stopped talking to me and grew into a man not the boy I knew and now sense were juniors in high school he has completely forgot I existed. Why does he have to be so stubborn, I thought.
I crossed my arms and turned around heading back to my locker when all of a sudden there were hands holding me by my arms.
Jason Brown. The hottest most cutest boy ever, and he was holding me! Kellsie Renee Trumper. I wanted to scream, but I didn't know if I already had done that, so I stayed quit for a few seconds. "Oh, Hey Jason," I said smoothly and calmly. Jason was about 5'8 and was full of male muscle. He had brown skater boy hair, his eyes were a shade of green, and his skin tan as ever. He did everything, every sport, after school activity, community jobs, and every girl fell for him.
"Kels you there?" he knocked on my head. I suddenly looked up at him not knowing that he was talking, wow look at his eyes there so amazing. "Oh, um...sorry kind of," think of something quick kels or your going to loose him. "Thinking," I smiled up at him a friendly smile.
"About me?" he joked and grinned. I stared up at him kind of breathless. Exactly. Look at his smile its so amazing, straight teeth shining like the sun. "-party," he said shyly. Damn he was talking again; I got to stop doing that. "I'd love to come," I said not knowing what I had agreed to come to.
"Hey that’s great how about I'll pick you up around 12," he said.
I nodded my head and he let go of me walking the opposite way. I turned around and yelled”Jason!" He turned my way and I was lost I forgot what I had to say I was thinking how his hair waved back and forth as he swerved around to meet my eyes. Oh what was it, oh right.
"What kind of party is it?" I said feeling kind of rude not listening and hoping that he didn't say what kind of party it was going to be.
"Oh yeah, sorry about that,” he laughed and rubbed the back of his head. “It’s going to be a beach party.” I gave him a rock on sign and walked off to my locker. A rock on sign come on kels get it together I stopped in place. Wait. Did Jason Brown just ask me out?

“Kelsie, Kels hello?” Anna said snapping in my face.
“Anna, sorry, you won’t believe it, Jason asked me out.” I said sounding not as interested in it. “Are you serious?” she said shockingly. I nodded my head and walked on with her to class. Anna is my best friend my only girl-friend. We don’t want many friends that are girls because they cause to much drama so we have all guy friend. She is very pretty, she has long blonde hair and a hot body, no guy can resist the temptation of a blonde I thought. Every guy that I know thinks she’s hot, or amazing. I suppose you could say I was hot as well. I have long brown hair, and I don’t care how I put it up, very tan skin, jersey shirt of my favorite baseball team, just some jeans, and defiantly no mini skirt. I’m just a normal girl who loves football, and baseball. It’s too bad that guys love blondes not brunettes, but Anna and I make the perfect blonde and brunette squad.
As I walked into class just talking away with Anna, all of a sudden out of nowhere Jeremy was right in front of me. I stared at him kind of curiously “need something?” I asked casually. He looked straight into my eyes and it seemed as if he was about to say something, instead he just walked away and sat down in the desk staring at the board.
“What was that?” Anna laughed looking at me.
“I have no clue, he always does that.”
“Anyways so you’re going to the beach party?” she said.
“You know it; never turn down an opportunity to show off your body.” I laughed.
“Good point,” she waved her finger in my face.
“Good morning class, please sit down and get out notes, because your going to need it.” Our teacher Mrs. Henrich said walking in and dropping her books on the desk and getting out the projector. Mrs. Henrich was probably the coolest teacher in high school. It was as if she related to us, everyone loved her. As the projector was running Anna and I talked about the beach party Saturday.
“I heard this beach party is going to be off the hook?” Anna whispered.
“Really? I am so out of all this.” I laughed.
“Girls,” said Mrs. Henrich putting her finger to her mouth.
We laughed and shrugged sitting back in our seats. During the lecture I was lost in thought about many things, the beach party, Jason, and most of all Jeremy. Why is he so like that and disconnected from the world, what made him that way? He can never actually have a real conversation with me. He’s so confusing, makes me want to scream at him. I thought.
“Kelsie,” Mrs. Henrich announced to the class.
“Hmm….” I said not paying any attention.
“Kelsie, this is the second time this week you need to get focused.”
I shrugged down in my seat “sorry.”
“Jeremey, how about you what do you think of this video?”
The video we watched was about many things happening to the earth and how they are damaging it, and what we could do to help it.
“Well, Mrs. H I think more people are littering, why we don’t know, maybe because they can. We can tell people to stop littering and polluting, but they still won’t stop so what’s the point of wasting our breath saying it.”
    She nodded her head.
“Maybe if someone stands up and tell them what there doing and try to get the point across they will understand and stop.” I protested.
Jeremy turned around to me and laughed.
“But people don’t understand they don’t care what they are doing, as long as there-“
“No, many people care about what they’re doing.”
“And many people don’t,” he said almost yelling.
“Calm down you two,” Mrs. H laughed and leaned on the board.
“I see that you two are going to be excellent partners.” She turned around and started to write on the board explaining the many things about Earth.
Jeremy and I glared at each other for a sec then turned to the board.

“Wow, talk about a debate,” Anna said as we walked out of the class room.
“God, I know this is going to be so fun working with him.” I said trying to laugh.
She patted my back and headed to her other class……
